Help me!!
I've got a prolapse , spd and a lot of wicked sciatic pain that at times takes my legs out from under me
I've been seeing a physio with no improvement (actually getting worse)
I did go to chiro once but ob thinks chiro might not be good during pregnancy
I'm in pain and I have a 14month old so resting is not an option
Is chiro ok during pregnancy ?? Osteo??? Massage???

Oh that's terrible! I love my osteo but find I get the most benefit from her after I've been to the chiro & had my knees, hips & back put back into place. My chiro worked on my sil while she was heavily pregnant. I would google search chiros in your area who work with pregnancy & also ask anyone you know who is or has been pregnant & see if they can recommend someone. Big hugs to you, hope you feel better soon

Re: Help me!!
My chiro is my savior this pregnancy. If I leave it more than a week between visits I end up on pain killers and either crutches or bed rest till I can get back in again.
Definitely find one in your area happy to work on pregnant ppl.

Would've married my Osteo during last pregnancy she was that awesome! Saved my life with back pain, pelvis and pelvic floor issues. She has extensive experience in pregnancy related issues - IMO well worth finding someone with relevant experience.
You poor thing, that all sounds uncomfortable to say the very least. I hope you find some relief very, very soon. xoxo

I used a Chiro right up until the day before I went into labour. If you can't find a Chiro I'd then try an Osteo.

yep. you can do chiro and osteo etc during pregnancy :)

Re: Help me!!
I went to an Osteo who specialises in pre and post natal care - she was my lifesaver!
I'm on my phone so can't see your location, but if you're in Melb I can PM you her details :)
