Household Assistance Package need help to understand this.

last year me and my DD age 2 years got $ 150 each into our account on the name of energy assistance or carbon tax something.
I called to the CL and told this payment would be regular from next year means Feb 2013 till 2014.
Iam currently on PPP and receiving FTB.

But I can't see any such payments into out accounts.
Could anyone explain me did I understand wrong? want to call CL but have no patience to wait for half an hour on phone with one
super hyper DD and a newborn DS around.

There will be no more lump sums. The lumps sums were clean energy advances to pay for the first nine months if the 12/13 year (for ppp) and the first full year (ftb) to counter the expected increase to costs for low income families - based on introduction of carbon tax. From march 20, the clean energy supplements will start being paid fortnighly (alongside your ppp - so essentially a rise in payment rate) and from jul 1 alongside ftb payments (for anyone who currently receives payments yearly for ftb they will be paid at end of year)

It will automatically start paying, and there is nothing you need to do unless you wish to receive the payment quarterly (in arrears - so payment from jul to end of sept would be paid in oct) instead of fortnightly. If you wish to do this you will have to call fao April or later.
