To fill some time today The girls and I decide to make cup cakes. I find a simple recipe that has the ingredients I have here.
When pouring the milk in DD1 gets a bit heavy handed and to much milk (almost double I guess) ends up in the batter, lesson learnt, don't pour over the bowl full of ingredients.
So instead of wasting what we have made we double up.
So now I have 24 yummy chocolate cupcakes and my girls don't even like cake:p DH is at Soundwave so he is not here to enjoy them fresh.
yum!! even better. freeze some and they will last even longer and not go to waste if you cant eat them all.
..or just send some to me ;)
They are sooo yummy.
19 left. DD1 managed to eat 2 so so much for not likeing cake. DD2 wont touch them, she wont even help lick the bowl, she asked for olives instead :)
I am sure DH will take some to work tomorrow and I just had a friend sms about a catch up tomorrow so now I have morning tea sorted.
Maybe somehow I knew I should make more then I needed.:think:

lol at the olives. I use to be like that, choose savory over sweet, until I got pregnant with Spock, I gound my sweet tooth and it hasn't gone away!
I think might go bake some now...you have me wanting one
With a nice hot cuppa they will go down well :)
