No better feeling...
There really is no better feeling than finally finishing a big scrapbooking project that you've been wanting to get finished for ages!
DD's third year is done - with all that has happened lately, it's been really hard to find motivation (not to mention new computer and an external hard drive that died!) - it just felt like it wasn't going to happen
but last week i found my mojo again - and it's DONE!
now on to the next project - her forth year (which is almost over - i was running way behind!)
and to try and find the moolah to pay for printing lol
anyone else with a half finished project that needs motivation?

No better feeling...
1. Bunting for DD7's room
2. Decorate nursery (he's 6 weeks and homeless, we're co-sleeping out of love AND necessity)
3. Unpack groceries from two days ago before the cleaner comes and embarrassingly does it for the second week in a row (yes, I unpacked the fridge stuff)
4. Put a months worth of laundry away
5. Sort piles and piles of baby clothes into sizes instead of putting him in the same 6 or 7 outfits over and over
That's just what all popped in my head simultaneously when I thought about it.. I'd hate to put some SERIOUS thought in.

hehehe none of those are scrapbooking projects lol

Yay for finishing! I have Buster's baby book to start (he is 15 months old lol) and our 2012 family book to begin as well as this years.

Yay for finishing! Well done :)
I've only done 2 pages of DS' scrapbook and haven't even started DD's! Have it all sitting there looking at me every day.

I do all mine digitally. Not quite the same as traditional scrapping, but so much easier to pick up and put down!
And cheaper too. With the number of times I change layouts I'd be reprinting photos a squillion times lol

Yes me too, all digital. Have never done traditional scrapbooking but love making them on the computer. I just gave DH one for our anniversary so at least I've finished something lately :)

Dd is 2.5 months off four and I just finished her year 2-3, so I'm running a bit behind too.
Admittedly her books are about 75 pages long each year so its no small task. Just been avert drawn out process seeing she had surgery last march and some if the pages were done as she recovered and the rest not til this week lol
Now ti start picking photos for the 3-4 book. May as well get started while I have some momentum.
Although I have a Boucher for something to print through momento - I really should work out what to do with that first.

Nice one!
I've only just done DD1's first photo book (she's 3.5 yrs now - eeek!) and it felt great and the finished profit is WOW! Love it!
Hestia - thanks again for all the tips hon, it's just gorgeous! Amazing in fact! Lol!

I think my voucher to momento expired. If not, I was thinking of printing up her birth story. Bit the more I think about it, the less likely I am to so it. Cos I want to print up her pg announcement and her birth announcement in similar books. And they will end up waaaaay too exxy through momento.
I'm tempted to ask mum to scan some pics of her and dad and the me, dh and stuff - but given DH has lost both his folks and we have bugger all of them or would feel wrong to me to give that to dd as its only half her history kwim?
