Pregnancy workouts
I am currently 10 weeks with #2, and am finally starting to feel better ms wise so am looking to get back into working out. I just cant decide which program to go with lol. I am looking at home workouts as its easier for me.
So far I am looking at Preggi Bellies or Fit to Deliver (pilates). Has anyone done either of those? What did you think? I want something that will keep me fit and toned, alongside a few walks a week.
I put on 23kgs with DS, needless to say I am not wanting to repeat that and would like to be a lot more active this pregnancy pmsl
edit to add: If you done another program that you found great please share that too! :)

Oooh just subbing in for some ideas :)

I think as long as you dont lay on you're back in later stages of pregnancy and watch you're heart rate and make sure you dont get out of breath and sweaty most excerise is ok, especially pregnancy related classes, yoga and water aerobics

I loved the pregnancy yoga I did, and I'm certain it helped me in labour as well.

Pregnancy workouts
I got a free app called oh baby fitness and each week it gives you an exercise as a target to reach for the week :) supposedly they are specifically designed for preg women. I've only tried week 5 and 6. My morning sickness arrived week 6 and still continues now at week 14.

Pregnancy workouts
I did Preggi Bellies with my second & loved it. It is all done on a fit ball & it's no easy workout if you get the right instructor you build up a real sweat. You can also attend post baby & either start on the fit ball or stand. At my classes this tended to happen on a Saturday.
Good luck it's good fun & you meet some lovely women.

Pregnancy workouts
I did Preggibellies with my second pregnancy. It was enjoyable though I fell off the fitball once! No harm done, just my pride. I found I couldn't go the last few weeks of pregnancy as I had no energy. It's a great workout, you wouldn't think you can puff on a fitball. My weight gain was much better with DD I think because of the exercise and I felt better.
