I have some 'bump buddies' I keep in the freezer. They're little animal shapes filled with goo that make great kids cold packs. They fix lots of stuff in this house.
A thermometer - well three - a digital tympanic, my neonatal digital and a regular one.
I have to say mine is really bare. I don't tend to put stuff on injuries as a general rule and my kids don't 'do' medicines/vitamins voluntarily so I don't bother.

Re: Whats in yours?
I like the animal shape bump buddies.
I think they would go a long way and be appreciated a lot :)
-
They're great, and they don't drip water everywhere like ice does.
I've also seen a suggestion of a wet sponge in a zip lock bag and frozen.
