Pressure socks for travelling

Are they ok in pregnancy? A friend gave me some because i have spider veins on my left leg. Do they really help?

I had to wear them on the plane Ob told me too as I have blood clotting issue. So yes you can wear them :)

*sigh*... i just lost my whole post...

I can't be bothered typing it all again, but long story short. yes, pregnant women are more at risk of blood clots so it is advised to wear them on any long trips, or prolong sitting.
