Af! Wtf??

My period finished about 2 weeks ago. If that.
Today it is back :o

WTF?!
It can't be anything good. I'm only in my 30's this is way to early for perimenopause.

I'm freaked out and scared.

not cool. I would wait a couple of days to make sure that it is AF proper and be making an appt to your GP. could be mid-cycle bleeding around Ovulation (i used to get that as part of my endo symptoms).

or maybe just an over-eager cycle?? is this the first time? or has it happened before?

I had an eager cycle earlier this year. I got AF on cd 13. I'm not peri-menopausal. I think it's just one of those things. Don't freak out :hug:

I have had a few cycles over the last year that have been 13-18 days very annoying, but rest are 25-39 days!! Yep all over place now.

Mine seems to have gone to 21 days over the last 4 months totally over it! I am taking vitex to try and get it back to 28 as I don't want to go back on the pill. Not having any tests done yet as I have got any other symptoms of menopause yet.

Are your cycles normally very regular? Ovulation bleeding maybe? Don't get freaked just yet :hug:

Is there anything else to cause you concern about your health? Other wise I don't think you really need to panic just yet.

I wouldn't worry about it.
Are you on the Pill/Depo/Merina? All of these can cause the odd bout of bleeding.

I had a bleed with ovulation once. I concieved DD3. I couldn't figure anything out about her conception from time of last AF. Was really confusing. Only time in my life it has ever happened!

I think I've heard that travel can affect af - perhaps your Japan trip has something to do with it?

I didn't even know that was a sign of perimenopause. My last 3 cycles have been average 20 days, and I have thinking of maybe getting some blood tests. :think:

Similar thing happened to me this month. I got AF on CD20 with full on flow, started spotting on CD17 (cycle is always 29 days). Never happened to me either, except I'm 42 so I initially suspected pre menopause. I've got an appointment to my doc in 2 weeks so I'll ask him what's it all about. I have been pretty stressed lately with taking over a new business so maybe it's just that..

When I recently went overseas my cycle went haywire and I had an annovulatory cycle of 53 days. Going overseas can definitely affect your cycle.
