Funny how it happens

I was up for the kazillionth time with DD3 during the night and was so tired that I gave her a feed instead of just trying to settle her. Sat there fighting to stay awake when it dawned on me it was 5.04am and I was giving my baby her first breastfeed on her 1st birthday. I had a bit of a smile after that. Amazed we made it to 12 months and after a few dodgy patches we're still going strong with no signs of stopping any time soon.

In an otherwise very crappy time, it was a lovely little realisation.
