Breasts soft

My breasts feeling really soft so wondering if I still have enough milk.
I have never had painfully engorged breasts since starting breast feeding but I did occasionally leak although not often.
Since DD began rejecting her ebm I have become a bit lazy and have not bothered expressing much. She also sleeps 10-12 hours over night without waking.
I know expressing isn't an indication of how much milk you have but I have only ever been able to express 50-100mls per day max.
Could all these point to a reduction in my milk supply?

How are her nappies? Still enough wet ones? Mine went soft pretty quickly after birth, and I fed DD3 until 23 months and always had enough milk - I could NEVER express more than 10ml at a time though. If I felt that she wasn't getting enough it was because she was feeding more frequently trying to get more out - more out, more in!

Perfectly normal in my experience. Once supply-demand equalises, they become a lot softer. Kind of disappointing when you're flat chested like me.... I liked the perkiness!!

Never been able to express much either. But listening to both my littlies gulping away and changing all those wet nappies, I was pretty confident enough was going in. In fact, DS fed fast and my boobs 'deflated' quite early on so I might have wondered.... except for the fact that he was a fatty-boombah!

Truth: Soft breasts do not mean you have ‘lost’ your milk

Many mothers worry that they don’t have enough milk if their breasts feel soft, or if they cannot feel their let-down reflex. After the early weeks, your body adjusts to your baby’s needs. The full feeling that you may have had in your breasts in the early weeks disappears. This simply means that your milk supply is now in sync with your baby’s needs. Some mothers never feel their let-down reflex. Fortunately there are other ways to tell when your let-down reflex occurs. I have larger breasts and they look far more floppy than I would like lol
