The other one in lettuce is San Choy Bow.
Chow mein (but i leave out cabbage and put in capsicum, peas, corn, carrot instead)
Cha mee, which is essentially Chow mien but in a different dialect. All translate to fried noodles :)
Chow mein now but grew up knowing it as chop suet. San Choy bau is the one in the lettuce cups.
