TTC After Miscarriage
Hi All,
I am currently ttc after my second miscarriage. Both have been very early at around 6 weeks, so basically we get a bfp and then it's all over within the next week or so.
Since the last pregnancy I have been having some twinging type pain on my right side, it is 2 weeks since my miscarriage and I was wondering if this could be ovulation? The pain is on and off, but has been about for 5 days now. I've never had pain like this before my pregnancies. I tried the home opk but this didn't show anything. Haven't had any ewcm, though I did have this straight after I stopped bleeding.
Has anyone else had similar pain after miscarriage? Or any insight thanks

I had the exact same thing in the first few weeks after my d&c for a MMC. I was 12 weeks but baby had stopped growing at approx 7 weeks. After the d&c I had lots of right sided twinges which I thought was ovulation because it came at around the right time in my cycle. Turned out to be an ovarian cyst that had developed. I have been prone to these in the past, so it may have had no relation to the miscarriage, but I had an u/s to confirm and check everything out before continuing ttc. The cyst is still there but will hopefully subside on its own with my next few cycles. The GP has given me the all clear to keep ttc.
Not sure if this helps you at all but it's worth mentioning to your GP, even just to have a u/s to make sure it is just ovulation.
The u/s I had revealed a couple of nice follies developing, so it gave me reassurance that everything was back to normal working order. It didn't result in a BFP for me yet but I feel peace of mind just knowing that everything looks good and is working fine.

Thanks for your reply :) and i am sorry for your loss! Fortunately for me, these pains were an indication of ovulation, as I have just got my first bfp. it is very very faint, like the last couple of times but I am hoping that this will be 3rd time lucky for me and dp :)
i had a lot of blood tests and internal ultra sounds after the last loss, none of which was able to show any reason for my unsuccessful pregnancies.
I hope you also get a bfp soon!
