What do you find is the best thing to help stop your bubs head from falling forward when they fall asleep? Amaya hates anything around her neck and we've not had much luck with the U pillows. I hate seeing her slumped forwards, I worry about her neck!
Not much help here as when spock did it (and was reallyonly a handful of times over the period of a month) i would just gently reposition it for her while she slept

Can you adjust the angle of the car seat so that it doesn't happen, even just rolling a towel up in the apex of the back/seat part of the actual car seat (between it and the child seat) KWIM? Although both my child sears have a bar at the back of them that allows this sdjustment
Eta, I put some foam between the outer cover and the plastic of the seat of DS 's SnS seat because it had him sitting too upright, and he was really uncomfy in it. The foam is about 2cm thick and sits about 1/3 up the seat from the bottom. It just angled his bum a bit further forward and made him happier.

I always disklike this with my first two children, I couldn't find a way to stop it at all, my third daughter I extended rear faced until she was nearly two, she never had a problem then, one of the reasons I like them facing backwards a bit longer.
I agree with livinthedream, can you tilt her seat back a bit?
Our car seats have a recline for forward facing. I used that when they were younger until they complained about lack of leg room (I have a mazda 3, so not huge in the back with my tall DH in front).. Even now on long road trips where I anticipate them falling asleep I tend to recline the seat before we go to give them extra comfort.
