Eye Liner that doesn't smudge

I need some recommendations on eye liners that don't smudge.
It doesn't seem to matter what i do of late, it just keeps smudging...

Whats your recommendations?

I use a liquid one that is like a texta - it's a models prefer one and if I want it more smudgy I put some eyeshadow over it to smudge it a bit before it dries rather than getting a smooth line ITMS.

Mac fluidline is a gel or illamasqua precision ink is a liquid

What is your preferred type of liner? I.e. Gel, pen, liquid, pencil etc.

Shu Uemura have an excellent gel in a pot liner, it never smudges.

I just got a gel liner that comes in a pot (Rimmel I think) and its shocking for smudges.
I usually use a a liquid one I get super cheap on eBay ($1.29 cheap) but ran out and it takes a while for it to arrive.

I have a Rimmel one in a pot with a pointy lid that houses a brush but I love it. It doesn't smudge and I even tight line / water line with it. I have a Maybelline gel in a pot too but it is awful for smudging.

I have a Chanel one, but it is a discontinued item so I am going to be bereft when it runs out (which isn't anytime soon the way it is going). I use primer on my eyes before I put anything on, I also use a fine brush to put black eyeshadow along the eyeliner line to set it.

I used to love the Guerlain one. But I just use the pens now which are brilliant. For a thicker/darker look the gels are better.

I've many types of liners I use it daily to go for office I like that. I recently I have purchased a liner in the solid form. I've already liquid.....
I apply it in a different ways like cat liner and smudge I really like thatShoe
