We have moved (ok moving) house. The tenants before us had a cat(s) and since being here, DD3 who is 6 months has awful watery eyes and runny nose.

Probiotics can often help to settle a babies response to allergens. They need to be especially for infants, and should be a 'practitioner only' brand as opposed to an over the counter product. Your best option would be to see an experienced Naturopath or Homeopath to sort your bub out. There are specific homeopathic remedies and gentle, safe herbs that would quickly resolve your LOs sensitivities.
Things could also sort themselves out - babies are pretty clever at adapting to new environments, so give her little system some time to adjust. All the best xx

Best to consult a doctor as DD3 is only 6 months.. But neighbor's cat might be the cause of DD3 watery eyes and runny nose, she might be allergic to danders. check the ventilation of your house as well and the dusts. Hope DD3 gets well..:
She's better now, I think it could have been from all the moving and dust flying around too
Good to hear she's okay now:) just stay away from dusts. My sister uses an air purifier (ionmax330) to filter the air,pollen and danders, she has a baby too and a toddler. Babies are sensitive to allergies.:
