The TWW blues.

Who else is having the TWW blues today? No symptoms one way or the other, 2 days late for my period but having sporadic light brown spotting (the type that only shows when you wipe) and it's still only day 13 since we attempted to conceive.

I've decided the worst part of the wait is the late period, when you sit there wondering if it's merely late or not coming at all. Normally mine is a monster, AF is a two headed beast in my life, but this time other than being emotional I've got nothing going on. No cramps, bloating, gas or any of those normal signs of my impending visit from AF. The spotting is both normal and abnormal for me, I can't think of even one time it wasn't followed by my period within an hour or two, we are now going on 24 hours of the spotting. If nothing else kind AF is typically prompt and decent in the way it starts for me, I get the symptoms that morning, go pee once and spot, and she kindly waits until the exact moment I go pee again to open the flood gates, so this is a new experience with my monthly (if it isn't simply being pregnant I don't know what else to think).

Anyone else having the blues over no symptoms to show a positive or negative sign?

:) Always seems to happen when you don't want it to. I have a feeling I'm in for a screwy cycle this time around too.

Hope that it is a very positive sign and this is a good welcome to BB. Even if it's not a positive sign, welcome anyway. There's a TTC Buddies thread full of people in the same boat chatting about the same thing, I'm sure they'll be happy to see you and encourage you do a home test soon.

Don't you just wish we had LED lights on our tummies that turned from red to green when we were pregnant!?
You're doing well holding out from doing a test! I had already done 4 hpts by the time I got to 13dpo!!
Have you read about implantation bleeding? day 13 is a little on the late side for it, but its definitely something to keep in mind.
and some people bleed a bit throughout pregnancy.
But maybe by this morning you have already found out one or the other, all the best as you process whatever the outcome was.
