Hi there, did anyone find when on the MB Breast Feeding program their supply was compromised? Today is day 4 and my supply doesn't feel great. I have been still eating my lactation cookies, helped the first day but my bbs feel soft tonight?

Are you eating the extra cals?
I never had any issues, and I did several rounds.
Your breast will change naturally over the course of your breastfeeding, and will be different with each baby, too. Simply going by how the 'feel' is quote inaccurate - look at your bubba when feeing, look at their output, and give it some time. Keep offering baby the breast and encourage their feeding.
How old is baby now? Around 6 weeks pp, it is common to not feel as 'pumped' as your breasts adjust to what baby needs and are more driven by demand than the post birth hormones.
Ahh thanks Hotl, DS is 7 weeks. So that makes sense. I went through so much to BF him I didn't want to jeopardize anything.
Have been replacing the snacks with lactation cookies :) it's good to know Limeslice. When did you do your first round? How old was bub?
I did two rounds at the start of last year and my supply was fine. If you feel like you're not eating enough, add more snacks or increase your portions.
So long as your intake of calories and fluids are not compromised, and you continue feeding your baby when and as long as your baby requires, then it should be fine. The key to maintaining supply is to ensure your baby continues to take what they need.
