Baby acne

DS2 ( nearly 5 wks) has come out in what I think is baby acne.

Is there anything I can use to help treat it? Anything I should avoid doing with it?
Any tips?

DS1 didn't have it, so I was quite shocked to wake up to it.
Interestingly it has come and gone on and off for a few days, but looks like it's now here to stay!

It is quite normal, and you needn't do anything. Leave it be and it will clear up on its own.
