Sea sponge

Has anyone ever used them
They seem to have great reviews and I'm looking at using them mainly for prolapse support but I guess AF tampon would just be a bonus
But I'm finding the idea of it a little creepy regarding sterility

I'm looking at ones on jade&pearl

I have never tried them but a girl I used to know years ago used them for AF and swore by them.
