How long for the system to go back to normal after Yaz?

Hey all, I went off Yaz at the end of December and have been actively TTC and charting CM and cervical position making sure to BD in the fertile periods but so far nada. Having previously been extremely fertile to the point of getting pregnant the first cycle after coming off pill I am a bit frustrated but them I am a bit older. My clock is possibly running against me with my mother having gone through menopause starting in her late 30's (I'm 34) but the doctor is not willing to run any tests at this stage. I did complain of extremely heavy periods with large clots and being very heavy but he said it was completely normal. I also have a history of endo. Does it take longer for the system to get back to normal after stopping the pill as you get older or should I start seeking a second opinion?
