What do you ice your mars bar slice with?
Last time I used melted chocolate- but it was too hard to cut.
Any suggestions?

I use melted chocolate, but prior to cutting take it out of the fridge to let the whole thing soften a bit. Another alternative I have done is when I have made it put it in the fridge for 15 mins, take it out and then cut it up and put it back in the fridge.
Maple syrup or honey, cocoa and coconut oil. Blend together. Yum.

Melted chocolate here too, as Astrolady said I take it out of the fridge first.
Thanks ladies- a neighbor came over and made ganache for the top.
We use melted chocolate. I leave it at room temp for the chocolate to set rather than putting it in the fridge. Then I cut it up and put it in the fridge. Takes a little longer but works for us :)
