Natural remedies for sinustitis

Hi all
So ive got severe sinustitis and am booked to see an ENT in sept.

At the moment i have been on 3 courses of anitbiotics need to take bisolvon and antihistamine.

And due to my headaches have been taking panadol every day.

Seriously my stomach is rejecting all these meds (keep getting atomach aches)

Anyone know any natural remedies for sinustitis that has worked for you?

My partner suffered for years with sinus issues and infections. He recently went to see my naturopath and they discovered he had a severe zinc deficiency.
Might be worth seeing a naturopath and seeing what they can offer you.

I had it really bad in UK and had two operations, over here in drier climate never had it as bad - but I take horseradish vinegar daily and I think that also helps. Any type of horseradish works well but I think the vinegar is best, will look up brand for you.

If you do nothing else, swap your dairy for A2 varieties. And Sinoclear - mineral salt nasal rinses. I would also give oil pulling a good go.

I actually dont drink milk due to breastfeeding and dd2 being allergic to milk.

I will try humidifier nightly too.

Doc said it will take many months to clear sinutitis but i really dont want to take panadol every day :(
