Fatigue

For the past 3 days I have been unusually fatigued. I also have had an upset stomach, pains, bit of nausea and generally uncomfortable. The fatigue is whats worrying me, I slept from 10:15 to 7am and could barely get out of bed. last night I had that sore skin feeling. It doesn't feel like I'm coming down with a cold, I have never had fatigue like this (apart from when dd was born )
Will go to the GP next week if it keeps up, but in the meantime has anyone got any ideas as to what it could be? Or experienced similar?

That was my first thought- pregnancy.

Have you ever had the flu? Maybe it's that, the flu is much worse than a cold but I had high temps as well.

Otherwise a virus of some sort. Rest up and see how you go x

Iron levels? I remember when I went back to work I was exhausted and fatigued
I think my body was working hard breast feeding and trying to readjust.
Maybe some vitamin b for you?

Never had the flu saffy, hope it's not the case! I feel bloody awful though. And DH just sleeps all day and night so he's no help at all.

Sounds like flu or mastitis ... I hope it's neither!

Not breastfeeding any more so can't be mastitis. I think it could be stress related. Feeling a tiny bit better today, but still yuk. My stomach is really unsettled and I feel sick after I eat anything. By 6pm I feel so exhausted and my eyes are hanging out of my head. But I do have a weird pain that comes and goes on my right side kinda on my back. Think it's where my kidney is. So that's a bit worrying.
