Overstimulated or ovulating?!

Hi everyone,

This is my first month of clomid 50mg after 15 months ttc and being anovulatory. I've also been on the pill for 16 years, so I don't know what ovulation feels like (embarrassing).

Today is day 13 and I feel rubbish. Bloated, crampy, cranky and I feel sort of like I have a UTI. I don't know if this is normal or I'm overstimulated. I had a negative ovulation test. Has anyone experienced this? I'm not being monitored this first month.

I have left a msg for my fertility specialist... But in the meantime any advice would be appreciated!

Hi not 100% sure but I know when I did clomid I felt just like that. It was just the clomid trying to kick things along. Hope you get some answers!

Thanks Joeve, now I suddenly feel like I'm coming down with the flu, not very enticing for baby making!

Clomid made me feel rubbish too, hope things improve!

Clomid made me feel off also. Definitely remember being bloated.

Thanks for all the input ladies. The good news is, I ovulated!! Haven't had a positive opk in 15 months, but after two weeks of clomid hell on earth my progesterone is high on the 21 day test. Yay
