We have a short list of about 5 names for this little girl but I keep referring to her in my mind as Mackenzie so thinking that will be the one..
Middle name options are Catherine and Mary. DH thinks Mary sounds better as a combo, I think Catherine does. Also our surname also starts with a M so I don't particularly want MMM initials anyway...
Will add add a poll but feel free to comment..
I like Mackenzie Catherine better. But I am paranoid about names fitting on application forms where all names have to be added (eg passports).
But take away my little quirk above, there would be no question in my mind, Mary doesn't seem to flow as well in my mind.
I did think about the length too but I can't get past her being a Mackenzie in my mind..
Lol Doing My Best, I think of nane lengths too. Mainly due to the fact I have a long full name myself, including surname. It never fits on forms!!

I think Mackenzie Catherine :) I never even thought about name lengths. Some of my children have very long names and its not caused any issues with passports or anything. I have a Chardonnay Olivia Janaye "Surname" and a Serenitee Annaliese Zayvia "Surname". Both have passports and no issues arose so I think with Mackenzie Catherine "Surname" you would be ok.
