Hey girls

Does anyone know if we can take anything for headaches etc?

Congratulations on your pregnancy.
Paracetamol is a category A drug - meaning it is extremely safe in pregnancy when you follow the instructions and don't exceed the dosage.

Thats right, as long as the dosage is not exceeded you should be fine.

The headaches maybe due to your pregnancy hormone levels rising...well thats what most of my headaches are contributed by.
