Pre-Conception
I am going to do things right this time around. Once I come off the pill, I am going to let my body adjust for three months and then the :ttc: starts.
But I just want to get an idea of what some of you girls did in the pre-conception stage.
At the moment, even though I am still on the pill, I am exercising and eating healthy. So I know that is one step. I also know that once I stop the pill to start taking Folate... but is there anything else you girls did? Besides go to the DR's.

I think you're pretty right on track Tam.
Blackmores pregnancy and breastfeedng formula is fantastic. I was advised to take it pre conception and it just was the best multivitamin for me. (and bub too)
