Hi Rochelle,
Welcome to BB.
You will find tremendous support here.
Have you got a referral to a gyno/obs? That was my next step when I was disgnosed last month.
There are some old discussions / threads in this section that will be of use.
Some of the other gals with PCOS will jump on soon and post you with some info, they did for me and it was a great help

Hi Rochelle
Welcome to BB. You are in the best place for lots of support. The girls here a great. I was diagnosed with pcos this year due to irregular cycles and 2 mc's. Have you been to a gyno?
Some of the symptoms of pcos is menstrual irregularities, fertility problems as we don't ovulate regularly, miscarriage, skin problems, weight issues. You may not experience all of these symtoms. PCOS can be treated so try not to stress to much. There is a pcos website but I can't remember what it is but I'm sure someone will be able to tell you about it. If you don't have a gyno, some girls here will be able to recommend some in your area.

Hi Kristie
It's good to see someone else from Newcastle.
Good luck with your appointment on Tuesday. Who is your specialist?
I have been reading other peoples posts in other forums here and there are so many ladies who have pcos and have conceived with the help of medication. Lets hope we have some bfps to report soon too.

Hi Rochelle
Isn't it great to have an answer for everything that has been happening to your body? There is a PCOS Association that has been listed on here before in a different thread though. If you go to there is a huge amount of information on there. I hope it helps you :) This is a great place for support.
