has anyone noticed...
that the lower your temps are at night, the higher they are in the morning?i have been prediciting my temps for the past week and know that when i will get a temp drop at night the higher they will be in the morning, and the higher they are at night i expect a drop in the morning. Not sure if this works for everyone but it does for me :) :)

I've never taken my temp at night, so that's an interesting theory there. Do you think you could predict the temp rise after O doing it?
-
im not too sure bout predicting the temp rise after it hmm.. but its worthwhile trying :)

Can't hurt! I might try it next cycle, if there is a next cycele ;)
-
yep definately cant hurt!! yeah hoping there is no next cycle for you! :)

Hey Renee, I am opposite. I know I can expect a temp drop the morning after a slightly lower temp in the evening.
Check out this chart I did a few months ago.
I found it best to temp after reading for 30 mins or so :)
