is it ok to...

hi i am just wondering if once i am in the TWW is it ok to orgasm. Sorry im quite embarrassed writing this, but I'm sure there is others thinking the same thing (or i hope there is lol) Im just paranoid it might dislodge or cause a miscarriage :confused: thanks heaps!
