Hi all
I'm just wondering if anyone has turned to yoga to increase their chances of conceiving. I have found some poses on the internet, but I'm just wondering if anyone knows of some specific poses to aid fertility?

I'm sure there would have to be some, unfortunately the only person I know who is a yoga teacher is also my boss, so if I sidle up and say 'I have a friend who wants to know...' she'll just think it's me!! LOL

So sorry, if I wasn't TTC in a highly secret fashion I would ask for you. I hope one of the other ladies gives you some good tips!

Thanks marydean - I might just try some of the ones i found on the internet - they're not specifically for ttc, but will help me relax i'm sure.
