How to predict AF

This might be a silly question, or im just not thinking with my head on...but

How do you know when to predict when AF will arrive each month after having a baby...??

Like from when do u start counting 28 days......??:confused:

AF not back yet, only been 3 weeks since i had Chelsea, but im asking in advance.
How long does it normally take for AF to become regular again??

Planning the future bubs already so need to know these things..LOL;)

Keep in mind too that often having a baby can change your cycle a bit so it might not be the same as it was pre-baby. Before having Kynan my cycles were all over the place but once I got AF back when he was 11m I started having 38/39 day cycles (long but regular!).

I think it's one of those things where you just have to wait & see unfortunately.
