How much...?

Hello, I've just bought the Blackmores Vitex Agnus Castus and the dosage they say (for PMT treatment) is 66omg (standardised to contain agnuside 550mcg) three times a day.

My question is - is this the same dose as for when you're trying to get pregnant? I read on one of the threads someone said their naturopath told them to take it in the mornings for greatest effect, but I'm not sure tripling the dose in one hit is such a good idea.

Any information or opinions are welcome. I'll be going off for TCM and acupuncture next month but am interested for in the meantime.

hello! I took two every morning :)

The natropath at the shop I went to told me to take two in the morning as soon as I got up. The one I got was the same dose as yours.
