I'll tell you what my Dr told me today, which is pretty much what lots of women on FF told me and also much the same as I'd discovered in SOME sites when I googled.
After your HCG levels reach 6000, they don't double quickly. Beta levels are only really conclusive before about week 6. From week 7 onwards they can tend to slow right down and it isn't unusual to hit week 8 onwards and have them stall, or even slightly decrease.
I hope this is the case for us both.
