Reheat Food Question
Hi all,
Just wanted to check if I can re-heat this tomorrow for lunch.
I cooked a tuna pasta dish with vegies, cheese, pasta, tuna and sauce and it was delicious!!! I want to know if its ok to re-heat for lunch tomorrow. If someone can let me know that would be great.

So long as you put the leftovers in the fridge pretty quickly, and when you reheat it it's piping hot, then I reckon it's fine!
Now excuse me I've just had my dinner but after reading about your tuna pasta I feel hungry again.
Going for my glucose tolerance test tomorrow morning so have to fast now... bugger!
Enjoy your lunch! :)
Cheers,
Jo

Yes, the rule goes something like don't keep it for more than a day and make sure it's steaming hot. Tuna pasta sounds yuuuuuuuummy!

I ate reheated food a lot throughout my pregnancy as it was either that at work or takeaway which I figure would have been worse. The other ladies are correct, you shouldn't keep it for greater than 24 hours (unless you freeze it) and then it needs to be heated until steaming. I haven't had a problem. Your tuna pasta sounds very yummy.
