Acupuncturist

Hi everyone,

Just wondering if anyone knows of a good Acupuncturist (sp?) that specialises in fertility, stress and weight issues that works in Western Sydney, preferably near Westmead.

Gargy, is Rozelle out of the question?

I've seen this question asked a few times, and the only acupuncturists I've heard of in Sydney at all are Rozelle and Mosman. I go to the one in Rozelle and it has been the biggest sanity saver I've ever come across. It's a bit of a drive from Windsor, but I'm finding the benefits certainly outweigh travel times.

Can I get the address from you please - I've discovered Roselle is not too far at all!!

It's called the Rozelle Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Centre. You can find it with a google search, but the address is: Shop 3, (Upstairs) 698 Darling St, Rozelle, Sydney. Phone number is 9818 8517. Parking can be a bit of an issue. There's a free car park behind Balmain Leagues Club that you can usually grab a spot in, I just can't think of the name of that street, but they'll tell you about it when you call to make your appointment. I've also found that $4 in the parking meter thingies gives you a ticket long enough to cover the appointment time, too.

Lisa - yes he does specialise in fertitlity, I have only just started going to him and he is very nice!

Hi guys
i'm just about to start my first cycle of IVF; drugs from thursday next week. I live near Rozelle so have been thinking about making an appointment.

How many accupuncture treatments would you have through an IVF cycle? How much does it cost at Rozelle?

Any success stories with the Rozelle clinic? I've heard accupuncture can increase the success of IVF - but also know that there are a lot of charletons out there so don't want to throw my money away for now reason as we are quite broke saving for the IVF itself.
