Chnaces of labour starting after stitch removal????

Hi I am due to have the stitch of my cervix removed next Tuesday and I was just wondering what my chances of labour starting soon after it's removal???

Want to know what other people experiences were?

I have heard a few days to immediate start of labour, mine collapsed as soon as they removed the stitch although my blessed part of IC is that I felt no contractions with any of my delieveries. I'm sure your Obst has told you to pack your bag JIC.

I agree it could start immediatly but you will not go for more than a few days
