Flying & Pregnancy

This has probably been asked before..

What is the go with flying in pregnancy, we would like to travel to Brissy in August and think that Flying might be a little more comfy for me than a 12 hour drive, as I will be 30 weeks by then. What are the limitations for flying while pregnant??
