i am just curious as to what your progest. levels in a BT for pg should be. my 1st was bfp but my 2nd said my levels had not risen enough. i am waiting for the 3rd BT to find the answer. i have not had AF but am having the same pg symptoms as i did with my DS. I just want to understand what is going on and prevent myself from a bit dissapointment

Sorry I don't really know, but I had progestrone levels at 177.7, and still no PG.
I think progestrone levels just tell you that you have ovulated.

progesterone levels need to increase when you fall pg, otherwise wont sustain. Not sure of actual figures required though... sorry - but hope that helps a bit.
I think docs want the prog levels to be >20 in pg, and Keen is right they should be increasing as well.

thanks for your thoughts, i had my other pg test today and the levels have multiplied by more than four so i am now in mid 200's which from what i am told is within the normal range(anywhere between 220 and a couple of thousand) for a BFP however i am still not not convinced so am going back friday 1/7 for another BT to check levels again. I can only hope it continues to rise [-o<

Hello just wanted to let you all know that i got the go ahead from the ivf clinic today after my 3rd BT to confirm my pg. I think now i can finally be excited and have accepted that i am pg. YEEEEEHA!!! \:D/ \:D/ \:D/
