I have to take a dip to my sister's tonight but I'm looking for some inspiration. We often have a spinach cob dip but I'd like to try something new.
I need to go to the supermarket so ingredients aren't a problem.
Any ideas anyone?

ok here a a few ideas!
Corn relish dip
1 large jar of corn relish
2 tubs of sour cream
.. mix and put in the fridge.. then gobble it down
and the Mexican layer dip
1 (9 ounce) can bean dip
1 (6 ounce) container guacamole
12 ounces sour cream
1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
1 tomato, chopped
DIRECTIONS
In a clear pie pan, or similar dish, spread a layer of bean dip. Top the bean dip with a layer of guacamole. Allow the layers to thicken in the refrigerator for approximately 20 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, while the bean dip and guacamole chill, combine the sour cream and taco seasoning. When the chilled mixture is sufficiently thickened, spread a layer of the sour cream mixture over the layer of guacamole. Top the sour cream layer with the grated cheese. Garnish the layers with the jalapenos and tomatoes.
i took thsi from a website, too much to type out.. just convert details to australian measure, youll be fine!
A jar of cheddar cream cheese (kraft) and a jar of mild salsa. Melt the cheese in the microwave and mix in the salsa (as much or little as you like). Reheat the dip and mix together. Serve warm with dorito's or CC's.
