Fish Oil tablets can help PCOS?????

Hi all,

Does anyone take fish oil tablets to help with PCOS? If so, how many do you take and how many times a day.

Hi Lynn,
Am not too sure if fish oil helps with PCOS but I have endo and have been told that fish oil helps clean the liver and allows the hormones to be regulated better throughout your body. I have now started to take fish oil to try to regulate my endo, as i am not on the pill. Hope this helps, try going into your local health food shop for some advice.
