Fot those of you that used EPO (both orally and vaginally) did you take 2-3 orally AND use a couple vaginally, or was it 2-3 max either/or whatever way?
I'm only just starting today so not sure it will have any effect on getting me to go into labour, but I figure I'll give anything a go to avoid medical induction!
Ideally you should have been using EPO weeks ago hun. At this stage I would be going more vaginally than orrally. You can use 2 in the morning and 2 at night, inserted nice and close to the cervix. You can also take some orally. They sure won't harm you.
Are you drinking RLT too ? Not sure if you really feel up to it, but if you insert the 2 capsules and have a good round on sex, an O is a bonus as it starts contractions of the uterus, it might just be the extra push you need.

Been taking RLT tablets since 37 weeks (around 1000mg a day) so I hope that's helping too.
