Upsetting news
Got DH's sperm count results back this morning.
Normal count but reduced motility :cry:
He is pretty healthy, eats well, exercises, takes vit/min supplement, his only downfall would be enjoying 2 beers after work most nights.
So the more I read into it the worse it sounds. IVF seems to be the general consesus.
We have an appointment with the Dr on Friday.
I rung a chinese medicine centre a few hours away who are willing to help us but say it will be a minimum of 6 months before improvments in motility show.
I just knew there was something wrong...

I know how hard and upsetting it can be but hang in there you will have the baby you both deserve so much..

Prama - we're definitely going to try the accupuncture.
The nurse on the phone was very vague with the details, saying she didn't know what our chances of naturally conceiving were.
I guess we'll find out all the facts on Friday...would've made the appt sooner but DH is working the rest of the week.
Will let you all know how it goes.

good luck fjl, natural methods will take time but the good thing is that they listen to your body.

Good luck FJL, it's always hard getting news like this but if IVF is what's needed, I promise it's not the end of the world - far from it!!
