Just wondering if after O your temp has to shoot up or can it gradually go up a little bit each day?

It can do either :) I usually got a sharp rise, but that isn't the case with everyone.

I usually get a reasonably noticeable rise too, but Tanya is right, it's the trend you should be looking at, not just the first temp.

Hi Sasha, my understanding is that IUI means "intruterine insemination". So in an alternative insemination process, rather than the sperm being placed in the vagina it is placed directly into the uterus. The sperm needs to be "washed" first, so this is not something you can do yourself at home. Girldoc
