hand foot and mouth

This has been going through makons childcare and he had what looked like a blister on his tongue or he might have bitten it! but thats all from him.
now i have 4 small pok like marks on my hands (3 on one and 1on the other)
at this point in my pg is it something to be concerned about if it is HF&M?
i dont really want to go to the doctor just yet. cos i know they will want to have a poke around with the bubs!

We got referred to a doctor for suspected HFM when a child at Milo's creche had it. Milo didn't, but the doctor said that he had seen a lot and that if it was HFM he should have a lot within 4-6 hours, and that it would be quite obvious that thats what it was?

I would go and see someone if you suspect you've been exposed, JIC its something they need to get on to early IYKWIM?
