Honey - under 2yrs
Hi Ladies,
I want to make Kaitlyn a Rice bubble Honey slice as a treat (mmm). I know kids cant eat honey due to spors ( I think thats the spelling) ...so my question is how long does it need to be cooked for it to be safe for her to eat?. Recipe says to boil the honey for 4mins which I think should be enough..Do you think?.

I think cooked honey is fine.
Also all of the info I have seen recommends no honey under 12months, not 2.
DS won't have honey yet maiunly due to the sugar factor, but everything "official" that I've seen says 12 months.

I've seen the recommendation for waiting until 2... I can't remember where yet...
