What do you do to get sleep at night?
I am really struggling with loads of hip and uterus pain during the night in bed, and a good night is 4 hours sleep.
I have tried pillows in between my legs, under my belly and propping me up a bit, but last night it was just excruciating and sleep was definately a no go.
I am starting to consider sleeping upright on the couch, cause at the moment the nights are just so long it is ridiculous.
Having a snooze during the day is generally out of the question as well with a 3yo and a 1 yo that do not sleep at the same time ( 3yo doesn't generally sleep at all)
So what do you do to get sleep at night at 37 weeks?
