Herbalife

Does any one take, or know of anyone that has taken Hebralife for weight loss?

Just wondering how they found it went and if it worked?

Dh has just gotten into it.

My SIL used to use it and she was going to be a seller but didn't end up doing it. She reckons it worked but she had to stop using it after a while as it was just too expensive. With all the supplements you apparently need and the meal replacement shakes etc, it all adds up. Which of course is good for the people selling it, but not so great for those who are forking out the cash. If you can afford it though, no harm in giving it a go.

My cousin and her partner started selling and using it but it made them both sick :s

I'm on it for just good nutrition during my pregnancy.
Will do it for weight loss later on.

I find if I don't have my shake in the morning I get sooooooooo tired!:asleep:
