EPO

Hi just a few questions about EPO -

1.Do I just buy the capsules that come in a vitamin bottle?
2. Can anyone recommend a particular brand?
3. Do they work better if you insert them rather than just swallowing them?
4. How exactly do you insert them, just as far as you can?

I have been asking similar questions so here's what I have found out (someone with experience may have better advice though!!):
- i think you just buy the capsules that come in a vitamin bottle
- i have had blackmores recommended to me
- i think it is best to swallow and insert.
- you insert as far as you can (overnight) and wear a pad as they can leak!!!

Thanks pregpan! I'm going to try to get some today so I can start tonight, do you know how many you are meant to take and insert?

i had a post about this and Alan advised to take orally as directed (i guess from pack) and insert 2-3 a night...

Oh ok great thanks, I didn't get to buy them this afternoon but tomorrow I will have to buy some!
