Hi, I have been experiencing mild period like pains for the last 2 weeks, but over the last 2 days they have become more painful and come on more often.... all felt in my lower bakc and lower belly.
For the last hour and a half.... they have become REALLY painful... and have moved from my lower belly, to my upper belly..... and feel more like a thousand knives stabbing me.... thy seem to hurt more when i try and move......
Just painful BH's? Or is there something wrong?????
this maybe the start of labour, if you are worryed i would ring your midwife. goodluck

I cant say it has ever felt like stabbing pains to me, but everyone experiences it differently..

Hi there,
called middies, adn they got me in for monitoring, for 2 hours.
Bubs moving well. Apparently just really painful braxtons, but they had to call the obs in before they decided on this. They gave me a couple of panadine forte, adn this has dramatically lessened the pain. Contractions not as often either.
They thought maybe kidney infection of urinary tract infection, but all clear.

Boo to false labour!!!! grrr. lol
I wasnt ready tonight anyway... hehe

glad to hear all is ok , and you are not worring anymore. keep in touch on how you are going, fingers grossed it wont be long.
Oh :hug: I'm sure it was still doing something. Lets hope it all starts soon!!!
